In line with the instructions of the General Directorate of Food and Control of our Ministry, the first informative meeting on the export controls of fresh fruits and vegetables to the Russian Federation, held twice a year by our Directorate, was held on May 23, 2022 at the General Assembly Hall of the Aegean Exporters Union. The training meeting was held with the participation of Consultant Agricultural Engineers operating in various provinces.
At the training meeting, our Institution Manager Murat ÇARKCI, Deputy Director Murat ÜMAN and one of our personnel, Russian Federation Education Officer Inspector Tennur ÇARKCI, Specialist Entomologist Faruk GÜR, Specialist Entomologist Gonca ÖZALP, Specialist Virologist Öner ÇELEBİ, were informed about the issues that need attention regarding the export of fresh fruits and vegetables to the Russian Federation. provided the necessary information. In addition, in the training in which the socio-economic effects of fresh fruit and vegetable exports in our country were conveyed, the mandatory export procedures of the companies were reminded again.
