PCIS(Phytosanitary Certificate Identification System) provides security of the phytosanitary certificates issued by Izmir Agricultural Quarantine Directorate(IZKA)’s inspectors in TURKEY. PCIS is in the public domain and IZKA confirms accuracy of content and exist of certificate within this system.
